These Terms govern your use of the SUA mobile app, operated by SUA Media LLC (“SUA”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use SUA
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at studiocreative@suamedia.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time.
3. What SUA provides
SUA brings together local news, restaurant recommendations, event listings, radio, and video for your area. Much of this content comes from third parties, including news publishers, restaurant and event directories, radio stations, music services, and YouTube.
We do not control third-party content and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, current, or complete. Listings, hours, prices, and event details can change without notice; confirm details with the business or venue before you rely on them.
4. Music and video services
If you connect Apple Music, Spotify, or Amazon Music, your use of that service remains governed by your agreement with that provider, and you need your own active subscription where one is required. Video plays through the official YouTube player and is subject to YouTube’s terms. SUA does not sell, resell, or store the music or video you access through these services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SUA to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the app’s operation, or copy, record, or redistribute content delivered through the app.
6. Advertising
SUA is free and supported by advertising. Ads are labeled as such. Advertisers are responsible for their own products, services, and claims; an ad appearing in SUA is not an endorsement by us.
7. Our content and marks
The SUA name, logo, app design, and original content belong to SUA Media LLC. You may not use them without our written permission. Content from third parties belongs to its respective owners.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; if the changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, ask you to review them in the app. Continuing to use SUA after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Disclaimer
SUA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUA Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on third-party content.
11. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms. You may stop using SUA and delete your account at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
